The practice into two parts: Mindfulness of Breathing and Mindfulness of the four postures.

 

 

Mindfulness of Breathing 10 minutes and 40 Mindfulness of the four postures. Begin with seat meditation awareness with breathing in – out focus on its. Before beginning, introduce to adjust the posture of seating. Then change the posture of seating to standing position step by step and awareness. Move forward to walking meditation 15 minutes then come back to seat meditation 15 minutes and finally laying down 15 minutes. The remaining 5 minutes come back to seat meditation to final.
