Meet Your Instructors
Chris’s love and passion for Yoga seeps through the seems of his life, extending from each session he teaches, to each moment he spends on his mat exploring and discovering the depths of what a Yogic practice and lifestyle has to offer.
“I enjoy teaching a well rounded, holistic practice, that is directed to meet You right where You are, rekindling the body, mind, spirt connection and facilitating an opening into a sense of greater freedom.”
Chris’s love and Joy for Yoga has led him for many years into different styles and depths. He has studied and taught internationally, from the United States, Australia, India, and Thailand, which has inspired him to bring an awareness into practice which ranges from yoga therapy to advanced asana, incorporating meditation, mindfulness, and accessible ways to balance and centre.

Drawing on inspiration from classical understanding of the practice, Patanjali yoga, Iyengar, Ashtanga method, contemporary vinyasa, yin practices, mindfulness / meditation, functional movement, and philosophy. Inspired by over a decade of practice…
